Dear Chrissy & Ted,
That is just what you will be served today. A 21 pounder from Someday Farm, Manchester. It has been soaking in a gallon of apple cider & pint of maple syrup for the last two days, and will be covered with a Williams-Sonoma cider-bourbon glaze, stuffed with W-S carmellized shallots and other top secret herbs and yummie things.
So happy to have you with us this Thanksgiving .
