Tim and Dan Joo are the brother duo behind Haerfest (pronounced Harvest). They introduced me to their brand a while back and I just recently got around to taking a look (while sorting through my neglected inbox). In the end, that was probably a blessing in disguise, otherwise I would have spent my entire holiday shopping allowance on their leather accessories. And not as gifts. Their designs feature a “reductive aesthetic” with clean, modern silhouettes and quality materials. Small details on the bags and wallets offer simple solutions to everyday organizational needs. While the trainers might just be the most beautifully proportioned pair of shoes I’ve ever seen. Which makes sense as their design was inspired by Ellsworth Kelly paintings. I strongly suggest heading over to their shop to peruse their selection of goods, along with their well curated blog.
